About Me
I’ve always been in a position of customer service. I take pride in my attention to details and ensuring every customer, guest or client is happy and satisfied. I started my journey as a Property Manager for numerous apartment complexes which posed a lot of challenges but taught me a key skill in ensuring I resolve any/all unhappy clients issues quickly, professionally and as often as possible, come to a resolution all parties are pleased with.
ABOUT ME
I enhanced my guest service skills by learning from the best in the industry – Chick-fil-A. I held roles as the Marketing Director for a local store and taking my event planning skills on the road as a Grand Opening Specialist for Chick-fil-A Corporate! This was one of my favorite jobs, I got to mix my love of guest relations and travelling, opening over 100 stores all over the country! 
The Story Behind - Crafting the Future
Once my grandbabies were born, I decided to focus on family and retire. I soaked up so many incredible moments with them while their parents worked. Now they are both in school freeing up my days. I wanted to do something that brought me joy but also brought joy to others, and what better way than to plan vacations. I love working with people, getting to know them and their families and hopefully becoming lifelong friends in the process. I’m a very organized and detailed person and hope to relieve all my new customers/friends from the stress of planning travel so they can focus on energizing and relaxing.  My parents are 85yrs old and I enjoy traveling with them.  Growing up they took my sister and I to many new places and now I can share with my family.

Wendy planned a entire trip for us. She started with a hotel the night before our flight, then shuttle service to the hotel by the Port so we could just walk across the street and get on our Cruise Ship. We got off the ship and a shuttle was waiting on us to take us to the airport and when we arrived at the airport a shuttle was waiting for us to take us to our car. We told her where we wanted to go as we never cruised before. She made suggestions and we took her suggestion and had the most amazing time. We will book with you again.

Wendy booked me and my hubby a cruise that we will remember forever. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.
